Service Availability and Performance

98.5% availability of core system functionality and performance within SLA limits during core hours over any given calendar month.

  • Non-core hours are 08.00 Saturday to 20.00 Sunday, UK time.
  • Service availability and performance measures exclude planned maintenance
    • 48 hours notice of planned maintenance to confirmed contact email addresses
    • Planned maintenance outside non-core hours not to exceed 10 hours in any calendar month
  • Total hours for each month is 591, calculated as an average across the year
  • A value of zero indicates no figures are available for that month
  • Excludes planned maintenance
