Saudi Arabia on its way to e-invoicing regulation
Saudi’s General Authority for Zakat and Taxes recently published a draft e-invoicing regulation.
On 17th September, the Authority announced that it has entered consultation for external stakeholders and industry providers to review the draft regulation and provide expert opinion on their proposals. The consultation will close on 17 October 2020.
Tungsten network has been reviewing the draft regulation and is working with our compliance partners to provide input and best practice to influence the consultation process.
