Costa Rica

Another major change happened in the fiscal system of Costa Rica.

Following the introduction of a clearing mandate, Costa Rico has replaced their general sales tax (GST) with Value Added Tax (VAT) since 31st July 2019. Tungsten is currently evaluating the exact requirements in Costa Rica as we are planning to extend our compliance footprint into this territory.

South America

Argentina, Brazil and Chile

Tungsten is collaborating with another global service provider to enhance and expand our solution into Argentina, Brazil and Chile. This collaboration will ensure the verification of the relevant local legal documents with the government platforms. The solution will include supplier onboarding, invoice validation and mapping and delivery of rich invoice data to Buyers in their required format.
