And we’re off…
Tungsten Insights Atlanta

With Insights Atlanta starting today, we’re once again prepped and ready to host the second of our annual customer events of the year. Many of our customers will shortly be arriving at the luxury Midtown Georgian Terrace Hotel, perfectly placed in the cultural and financial centre of Atlanta.
We’re so pleased to share that Insights London, which took place in February, was a huge success. Greeting customers from all around the globe through the doors at the beautiful St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in the heart of London’s Kings Cross, we heard first hand from an early adopter of e-invoicing; Imperial College. Mark Bishop of Goldsmiths University also educated the audience on the potential of artificial intelligence and his work with the Tungsten Centre for Intelligent Data Analytics (TCIDA). Animated panel discussions on key issues such as compliance provided an interesting and varied first day, meanwhile day two of the event provided our customers with the chance to converse directly with a wide range of the Tungsten team, from product development to senior management in our selection of participatory workshops.

Over the next two days, all attending customers in Atlanta will be provided with strategic and practical knowledge on a range of relevant and topical issues. Our expert panel and insightful speakers will be tackling topics such as data security, invoice fraud, supply chain risks and arming customers with the insight and advice to help them all achieve 100% e-invoicing.
Today, our guests can look forward to hearing from longstanding customer and world renowned brand Mondelez on the history of the confectionery business’ relationship with Tungsten and its journey to achieve effective straight through processing. As well as this our Head of Compliance, Lucy Ashdown will be sharing the latest developments from the world of compliance and we’ll be hearing from our partner Buzon E, who will be providing tips on how to transact in Mexico.
After catching up over dinner and cocktails this evening, guests will be ready for day two. Thursday’s agenda will see interesting workshops looking at ensuring our customers are getting the most out of the day to day functionality of the Tungsten technology such as running supplier on boarding campaigns and maximising efficiency by using products like our PO Convert & PO Delivery. In addition Ann Winstead from CEB will be talking about key findings from the popular methodology explained in Challenger Sale and Challenger Customer.
If Insights London is anything to go by, the next two days are set to be full of insightful and interesting discussions, invaluable opportunities to directly engage with our customers and the perfect occasion to enjoy beautiful food in a beautiful venue.
